How long does it take and how do I initiate my 45-day free trial?
Your 45-day free trial will start as soon as you sign up. No credit card is required to start your free trial.
What happens at the end of my 45-day free trial period?
We will send you and email alert letting you know your trial period is about to expire. If you choose to continue using Flash Feedback, just enter a credit card and you will automatically be billed from the end of your trial. If opt not to continue with Flash Feedback, do nothing and your account will be closed.
How does billing work? How do I upgrade?
You will be billed every 30 days automatically. You will receive email receipts for your subscription. You can log into your account and change your plan at any time from the payment screen.
What is your cancelation policy
You may cancel at any time by logging in, visiting the payment page, and clicking the "Cancel Account" link. Your account will be canceled and your credit card information will be purged from the system. You will not be billed again.
How do I access my reports?
You will have access to a dashboard and graphs of your data, you can also export your reports into Excel or print reports further analysis.
Does the system enable me to see “benchmark comparisons” of feedback rating versus other similar organizations?
Yes, your website ratings for content, design and ease of use are benchmarked against:

Yes, the FlashFeedback system asks user to categorize their comments into certain “buckets” such as customer support, products & services, sales/marketing, website etc. to facilitate your analysis and understanding.
Can I download the feedback data for further analysis in Excel?
Yes, with the click of a button all the feedback data can be dumped into Excel so you can perform your own analysis.
Does the FlashFeedback system allow me to track trends over time?
Yes, the system shows trend data for all quantitative ratings (content, design and ease of use) so you can see fluctuations over time.
Can I get an automatic email alert when a visitor provides feedback?
Yes, you can choose to have the system send you an automated email alert.
Can respondents give their feedback anonymously?
Yes, respondents have the option to remain completely anonymous. However, if a respondent follow-up action or contact by the organization, they have the option of providing their name and email.
